Liability @ COP/MOP1 in Kuala Lumpur

The International Environmental Law Research Centre (IELRC) organised with the support of the Swiss Agency for the Environment, Forests and Landscapes (SAEFL) two side-events on liability and redress at the first Conference of the Parties / Meeting of the Parties to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in February 2004.

Liability and Redress under the Cartagena Protocol

The International Environmental Law Research Centre (Kenya) and the Biosafety Interdisciplinary Network (RIBios) of the University of Geneva hosted a Workshop on Liability and Redress under the Cartagena Protocol in Mombasa from 22 to 26 September 2003 with the support of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
