IELRC's water programme focuses primarily on ongoing water law reforms taking place in a number of developing countries. It has been entrusted by the Swiss National Science Foundation to specifically work on water law reforms taking place in India in the context of research partnership.
This site provides information about the Indo-Swiss water law research partnership, the team members and water-related publications. It also includes sub-sites devoted to the workshops organised in the context of the partnership as well as a collection of water law documents related to India as well as a selection of international documents and water documents from other regions.
